1-1 Self-Care Session.

The 1-1 self-care mindfulness session is a tailored mindfulness session  that teaches you on a personal level the practice of mindfulness and wellbeing so that you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine in an easy and simple manner for a better quality of life. This session differs from a group or individual course as it focuses primarily on your specific needs.

Workplace Workshops.

The corporate workshops are designed for workplace teams that want to enhance their quality of life and work environment so that they can achieve their goals while maintaining a good work-health balance.
