As humans, we are often placed in various life circumstances that sometimes makes living in the present moment difficult. This course will guide you through a process to appreciate life for what it is, making living in the present moment easier.

What the course entails.
You will have one session per week for five weeks in total. Each session will run for 1 hour. The group will not exceed 8 people making it a relaxed, cosy and comfortable environment for everyone.
