1-1 Self-Care Mindfulness Session

The one-to-one self-care mindfulness session is a tailored mindfulness session that teaches you on a personal level the practice of mindfulness and wellbeing so that you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine in an easy and simple manner for a better quality of life. This session differs from a group or individual course as it focuses primarily on your specific needs.
