Full-Day Corporate Mindfulness Course
The full-day corporate Mindfulness & Positive Psychology course will teach you the fundamentals of mindfulness and wellbeing so that you can incorporate mindfulness into your working day in an easy and simple manner for a better quality of life and work environment. The full-day course differs from the half-day course as it entails a much more in-depth course plan and allows for greater opportunities to learn through interaction which is a lot more beneficial long-term.

What the course entails.
The full-day course will run for seven hours including two short breaks and one main break. It will take place in your workplace building and is suggested that the group does not exceed approx. 10 people in total at any one time allowing for a relaxed, cosy and comfortable environment for everyone.
